The Problem
Bringing an internationally recognized artist into Nigeria requires extensive coordination across artist management, logistics, entertainment stakeholders, media and production.
Tamar Braxton’s first visit to Nigeria presented an opportunity to create more than a simple appearance. The objective was to turn the visit into a meaningful entertainment experience that connected an international artist with some of Nigeria’s biggest music talents.
The Strategy
Flexzy Gist Media identified the opportunity to create a cross-cultural entertainment experience around Tamar’s visit.
Rather than limiting the engagement to appearances, the strategy centered on bringing Tamar into Nigeria’s music ecosystem through a professionally coordinated studio experience.
The studio session was designed to create an environment where international and Nigerian artists could collaborate while simultaneously generating entertainment and media value.
Our Solution
Flexzy Gist Media provided road management support and entertainment coordination throughout the visit.
We organized a major studio session involving Tamar Braxton and Nigerian artists including:
- Peter Okoye
- Paul Okoye (P-Square)
- Teni
- Simi
Our responsibilities included:
- Road management
- Artist coordination
- Studio session organization
- Entertainment logistics
- Stakeholder coordination
- Entertainment strategy
The session eventually produced “I Love You,” bringing together Tamar Braxton and Nigerian musical talent.
The Result
The project successfully connected an international recording artist with some of Nigeria’s leading musicians and created a tangible creative outcome from the visit.
Key Impact: International artist coordination, Nigerian entertainment integration and a music collaboration bringing together Tamar Braxton and Nigerian artists.
